Tonight is the Opening Night of our 120th anniversary season. It seems like a good time to revisit some images from the first opening week in 1891 and watch Gino Francesconi, director of Carnegie Hall's archives and Rose Museum, provide a fascinating and entertaining insight into the Hall's first Opening Night, using some of the earliest and rarest artifacts from the Archives.
