Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute is thrilled to announce the four choruses selected for next year’s National High School Choral Festival. These choruses will participate in a one-of-a-kind program guided by choral director Kent Tritle that culminates in a performance of Mozart’s Requiem at Carnegie Hall with the Orchestra of St. Luke’s and world-renowned conductor John Nelson on Saturday, April 20, 2013. In addition, each choral director will visit New York City for two days of professional development workshops in September. Kent Tritle will also travel to each school for a full day of rehearsal.
