30 years after his Carnegie Hall debut, Yin Cheng-zong returns to the stage for a solo performance. As the second-prize winner of the International Tchaikovsky Competition in 1962, he has since performed with many ensembles, including the Philadelphia Orchestra conducted by Eugene Ormandy, the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra with Claudio Abbado, the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra with Kirill Kondrashin, and the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra with Sir Malcolm Sargent.
