Neighborhood Concert: Gospel According to Gregoire Maret

Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture
Geneva-born Gregoire Maret’s virtuoso harmonica playing is sophisticated and soulful, and his innovative compositions embrace both traditional jazz and world music styles. Maret, a musician NPR says “redefined the role of harmonica in modern jazz,” returns to the Neighborhood Concert series with a small choir in a program based on gospel music.
