The Music of Dan Forrest

DCINY presents a concert of works by visiting composer Dan Forrest. Requiem for the Living is a five-movement exploration of life, love, loss, and renewal for orchestra and choir. The work is performed by the Distinguished Concerts Orchestra and Distinguished Concerts Singers International, led by Associate Artistic Director and Conductor Dr. James M. Meaders. The rest of the all-Forrest program is conducted by Jo-Michael Scheibe of the USC Thornton School of Music.
