Ensembles are expected to arrive with the piece they will premiere already rehearsed and prepared for performance. All invited participants are asked to arrive in New York City the day before the workshop begins and depart the day after. Shared hotel accommodation is provided on that basis. Expenses up to $300 will be reimbursed to each participant (to a maximum of $2,500 per ensemble) traveling from outside the New York City area.
