    • We seek an Administrative Assistant who reports to the Director of Administration and provides clerical and administrative support to the Directors and Managers in the areas of Building Services, Operations, Capital Projects, and Event Services.
    • We seek an Administrative Assistant who will provide general assistance and support to the administrative and program functions of the Community and Family Programs teams, which include Family Concerts, Neighborhood Concerts, Carnegie kids, Family Weekends, and Musical Connections, a program including Lullaby Projects and creative residencies for youth and adults across the justice system.
    • Weill Music Institute seeks an Associate, Artist Training Programs whose is responsible for coordination of recruitment, application and company management details for the National Youth Orchestra of the USA and related program.
    • We seek a Director of Planned Giving who will provide strategic logistical and project management support for Planned Giving, executing its development activities.

    • Carnegie Hall seeks a Technical Analyst, who as a member of the IT team and under the direction of the IT Director, will work on technology infrastructure projects to support the Carnegie Hall mission and provide technical support to users experiencing software and hardware problems.
    • We seek a Technical Project Manager who under the direction of the Director, IT&NM the Technical Project Manager is responsible for collaboration, communication and integration between software developers (Interactive Services & Information Services) and Information Technology (IT).
    • Responsibilities include: answering incoming calls on the tours hotline, managing the tours email inbox, recording tour requests, and assisting the Volunteer & Visitor Services Manager with volunteer scheduling and communication with docents and tour inquiries.

    • Carnegie Hall seeks an intern for the fall, 2015 (beginning mid-August and ending December 2015) who is interested in learning about the inner workings of a fellowship program for high level young professional musicians who are passionate about integrating education, community engagement, advocacy and leadership into their performing careers.
