    • We seek an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative functions for the Development Services Department.
    • We seek an Associate, Campaigns & Special Projects for the Development Department.  Associate will serve as principal writer for Campaigns & Special Projects and the Patron/Major Gifts departments. 
    • Weill Music Institute seeks a Coordinator, Artist Training Programs whose responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinating applicant recruitment with CH Marketing and through targeted direct outreach to NYO-USA constituencies.

       

    • We seek a Senior Accountant who will supervise a staff of three and oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivable, ticketing and fixed asset functions.

    • Carnegie Hall seeks interns for Summer 2013 to assist the development department with daily operations including drafting correspondence, prospect research, administrative tasks, and full involvement in and exposure to fundraising at major performing arts institution, with tasks specific to area of focus: Special Events, Individual Giving, Government and Corporate Sponsorship.
