    • We seek an Administrative Assistant.
    • We seek an Administrative Assistant who will provide general assistance and support the administrative functions of the Community and Family Programs teams.
    • We seek an Associate, Government Relations who will be the primary grant writer for the Government Relations department.
    • We seek a Graphics Manager. Responsibilities include the design and layout of print advertisements, gala invitations, and print materials generated by the Weill Music Institute and Development departments.
    • We seek a Hall Manager to manage the operational aspects of assigned Hall from inquiry to completion of the performance.
    • We seek a Porter/Lobby Attendant.
    • We seek a Special Events Assistant who will assist in fundraising, event planning, and implementation for approximately four major fundraisers annually in Carnegie Hall’s season, as well as providing essential administrative support for the Special Events department.
    • We seek a  Technical Analyst who as a member of the IT team and under the direction of the Director of IT, works on technology infrastructure projects to support the Carnegie Hall Mission and provides technical support to users experiencing software and hardware problems.
