    • We seek an Administrative Assistant who will provide general assistance and support the administrative functions of the Community and Family Programs teams.
    • We seek an Administrative Assistant, Government Relations to support the management of relationships with elected officials and agencies at all levels of government, to raise awareness of and build support for institution.
    • We seek a Corporate Relations & Sponsorships Assistant to assist the team in all functions of Carnegie Hall’s robust corporate sponsorship and membership program, raising funds for Carnegie Hall’s artistic and educational programs.
    • We seek a Coordinator, Educational Media and Technology who works closely with the Manager and Director, Educational Media and Technology, as well as other staff members of Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute (WMI).
    • We seek a Director of Planned Giving who will provide strategic logistical and project management support for Planned Giving, executing its development activities.
    • We seek a Porter/Lobby Attendant.
