    • We seek a Corporate Relations & Sponsorships Assistant to assist the team in all functions of Carnegie Hall’s robust corporate sponsorship and membership program, raising funds for Carnegie Hall’s artistic and educational programs.
    • We seek an Assistant who will be responsible for the organization of all house management office information and provide friendly and courteous service to the public and Carnegie Hall staff.
    • We seek a Corporate Relations & Sponsorships Coordinator to support the team in all aspects of corporate fundraising with a focus on sponsor benefit servicing, proposal preparation, grant writing, reporting, and research.
    • We seek a Coordinator, Educational Media and Technology who works closely with the Manager and Director, Educational Media and Technology, as well as other staff members of Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute (WMI).
    • We seek a Director of Planned Giving who will provide strategic logistical and project management support for Planned Giving, executing its development activities.
    • We seek an e-Strategy Manager who working closely with the Director, plans, oversees, and implements Carnegie Hall's social media presence on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube as well as identifying other existing and emerging platforms and assessing Carnegie Hall's needs in relation to them.
    • We seek a Manager of Volunteers and Visitor Services. Responsible for the structure, development and supervision of all aspects of Carnegie Hall’s Music Ambassador program, including the docents program.
    • We seek a Performance Manager. He/she will act as liaisons between the public and Carnegie Hall staff, including stagehands, patrons, engineers, security, ushers, cleaners, backstage attendants, artists, and artist management, and generally perform as a clearing house for issues which may arise in any hall, rehearsal space or event space.
