Carnegie Hall seeks interns for Fall 2013 to assist the development department with daily operations including drafting correspondence, prospect research, administrative tasks, and full involvement in and exposure to fundraising at major performing arts institution, with tasks specific to area of focus: Special Events, Individual Giving, Government and Corporate Sponsorship.
Assist with data management. This includes web-based and telephone research of to identify and update contact information; maintaining the prospect management system for focus area; and other miscellaneous tasks
Assist with special event planning and implementation.
Administrative office duties such mailing, faxing, filing, etc.
Assist in grant writing and program development as needed.
Assist in prospect research and cultivation,
Assist with general Departmental projects as needed including Phone duty.
