    Associate, Ticket Services

    Department: Ticketing
    Reports to: Manager of Ticket Services
    Job Code: ATSI
    We seek an Associate to support the Manager of Ticket Services and Subscription Manager.  Responsibilities for Ticket Services will include but not be limited to assisting with Group Sales phone coverage, web inquiries, order processing, conference preparation and marketing strategies.  Also include Auction Comp processing and staff comps.  Subscription responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with renewal order processing, phone coverage, donated tickets, exchanges, and filing.
    Qualifications:

     

    Bachelor degree with excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Must be computer literate with various computer programs including Microsoft Office.  Knowledge of Tessitura a plus.  Detail oriented, able to work well under pressure and good problem solving skills.  Knowledge of performing arts ticketing.
