    e-Strategy Manager

    We seek an e-Strategy Manager whose responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Produce all email for CH, including Marketing, Development, WMI, Academy and Customer Service messaging; work closely with freelance producers to define production and implementation schedule.  Maintain institutional email schedule, route all emails for approval and ensure on time delivery of all email messaging.  Manage Mail2 system & system upgrades in coordination with I.T.  Manage third party email schedule with outside partners and vendors.  Provide website and email analytics as needed, with regular reporting from Google Analytics.  Project manage quarterly Marketing and Development e-campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of all online messaging by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
    Qualifications: Bachelor degree with several years' experience.  Candidates must work well in a high-pressure environment with many deadlines and demands, sometimes competing, from many different departments within the organization.  Candidates should have a familiarity with email marketing and HTML, as well as best practices in email production and web analytics.  A working knowledge of an enterprise level email system is desirable but not mandatory.  Candidates must also have excellent writing skills with experience in writing for the web. Experience with Google Analytics, Content Management Systems, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as a basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML is desired.  Some ActionScript knowledge is also desirable. Familiarity with principles of good web design and routing processes is also helpful, as is familiarity with and interest in classical music and music education. Strong project management skills with internal and external client management experience also desired.
