    Manager of Development Administration

    Reports to: Director of Development

    We seek a Manager of Development Administration who will manage all administrative functions for the Development Department, including developing and managing departmental budgets; supervising strategies to achieve goals, executing comprehensive donor crediting and ticketing, tracking donor reporting schedules; overseeing information technology including e-strategy and Tessitura software, develops and implements business processes, facilitating inter-departmental communication, coordinating Development Concert Duty and departmental publications such as annual reports and newsletters, and human resource functions as needed, including management of department intern program. 
    Qualifications: BA/BS, advanced degree preferred, with 5+ years of non-profit fundraising experience, ideally in an education or performing arts setting.  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.  Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; attention to details and facility with budgets; as well as a creative approach to problem-solving are required.  Must be comfortable setting priorities in a complex institutional structure and working as a member of a highly-skilled team.
