    Manager, Corporate Relations & Sponsorships

    We seek a Manager, Corporate Relations & Sponsorships.  Reporting to the Director, Corporate Relations & Sponsorships, responsibilities include but are not limited to: manage sponsor recognition, including: coordinate between Carnegie Hall and sponsors to implement, track, revise and approve sponsor recognition on Carnegie Hall collateral, website, e-communications, on-site, marketing initiatives, etc.; reconcile sponsor needs with Carnegie Hall designs and guidelines; communicate with sponsors to review and approve all recognition within multiple hard deadlines; with Assistant, track and retain recognition samples for annual reporting.  Manage sponsor hospitality, including: multi-year ticket and event planning for roughly 15 unique sponsor relationships, track sponsor ticket and event needs/holds with multiple hard deadlines, coordinate internally with various departments, serve as liaison between sponsor and on-site caterers; attend all sponsor events (over 20 events per season) to coordinate details, ensure sponsor needs are met, and build relationships.  Refine, design and implement systems for tracking sponsor activation components for ongoing organization and year-end reporting; Manage, with Director, annual sponsorship renewals and work with Director on strategy for large-scale sponsorship solicitations and renewals; Evaluate and research corporate prospects in conjunction with Corporate Relations team; Strategize for and construct sponsorship proposals, with the Director.
    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree with minimum 4-5 years experience preferably in corporate fundraising, marketing, or events, including a background working directly with sponsors, donors or clients. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment with multiple hard deadlines. Customer-service skills, including exemplary interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to exhibit sound judgment and a creative approach to problem-solving are required.  Computer knowledge and experience with database management essential. A demonstrated interest in the arts and classical music an asset. Some weekend and evening hours are required during performance season.
