Administrative Coordinator

We seek an Administrative Coordinator for our Information
Technology & Interactive Services Department. This
position provides administrative support to the CIO, Director,
Information Technology & New Media, and Director, Interactive
Services. This includes typical administrative duties;
tracking of budgets, management of contracts and agreements,
reviewing incoming invoices and processing payments and
inter-office charges. Also handles spill-over calls to the
Information Technology Help Desk.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technology
discipline and 2-years administrative support experience.
Experience with vendor and budget management. Familiarity with
information technology and related terminology. Excellent
telephone and customer service skills. Proficiency in the use
of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work overtime as required. Prior Help Desk
experience and basic understanding of troubleshooting and
escalation procedures is highly desirable. Organized, detail
oriented and a team player.
