    Administrative Assistant

    Department: Development
    Reports to: Director, Development Services
    Job Code: AADS

     

    We seek an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative functions for the Development Services Department, including but not limited to: donor crediting and ticketing, assisting with departmental publications, such as annual reports, newsletters and Playbill listings; assist with the coordination of department interns; support the Director, Development Services and Development Services staff as needed, including data entry during peak data entry periods.

    Qualifications: Bachelors degree. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; attention to details and a creative approach to problem-solving are required. Must be comfortable setting priorities in a complex institutional structure and working as a member of a highly-skilled team.
