The Bernstein Mass Project
Part of the Bernstein: The Best of All Possible Worlds festival
Reflecting and honoring Leonard Bernstein's role as an extraordinary
educator, The Bernstein Mass Project was a key educational component of
the Bernstein: The Best of All Possible Worlds festival which
happened between September and December 2008 all over New York City,
bringing together hundreds of students to explore Bernstein's 1971 work
and its themes of faith, doubt, tolerance, and renewal of tradition.
