    * When there is an evening performance, the Box Office remains open until one-half hour past curtain time. The Box Office is NOT open on legal holidays when there is no performance in the Hall.     Ticket On-Sale Dates for Carnegie Hall’s 2012–2013 Season:

    • Single tickets for Carnegie Hall events in the Voices from Latin America festival will go on sale for subscribers and donors on Friday, June 8 at 11:00 a.m. Festival single tickets for the general public will go on sale on Friday, June 15 at 11:00 a.m.

    • Single tickets for all other events will go on sale on Monday, August 20 at 8:00 a.m. for subscribers and donors and on Monday, August 27 at 8:00 a.m. for the general public. Subscription packages for the 2012-2013 season are currently available via the Carnegie Hall Box Office, CarnegieCharge, and carnegiehall.org.
    Carnegie Hall’s 2012–2013 season opens on Wednesday, October 3, at 7:00 p.m. with Riccardo Muti leading the Chicago Symphony Orchestra joined by the Chicago Symphony Chorus performing Orff's Carmina Burana.


    Carnegie Hall Tours:

    • Carnegie Hall’s tour program will be on hiatus for the summer beginning Saturday,
      June 2
      .

    • Carnegie Hall tours will resume for the 2012–2013 concert season on Wednesday,
      October 3
      and are given throughout the season Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.; Saturday at 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.; and Sunday at 12:30 p.m. (when hall schedule permits)
      .
    Tickets may be purchased at the Box Office Monday through Saturday starting at 11:00 a.m. and Sunday starting at 12 p.m. Each tour lasts approximately one hour and departs from the main lobby.     The Shop at Carnegie Hall:

    • Summer Hours, Located in the Carnegie Hall Box Office Lobby *
      From Monday, June 4 through Tuesday, October 2
      Open Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

      CLOSED: Thursday, June 28, and Friday, June 29, Monday, July 2 through Friday, July 6 for Independence Day holiday and Monday, September 3 for Labor Day holiday.
    * The Carnegie Hall Gift Shop is located on the 2nd floor next to the Rose Museum. During the concert season through Friday, June 1, the Shop will be open 11:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and before concerts and during intermission. During the summer starting Monday, June 4 through Tuesday, October 2, the Shop is closed but the Morse Lobby Gift Table adjacent to the Box Office will be open 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Carnegie Hall Gift Shop will reopen on the 2nd floor with its normal concert season schedule on Wednesday, October 3.

    Rose Museum:

    • The Rose Museum at Carnegie Hall will close for the summer beginning on
      Saturday, June 2 .

    • The Rose Museum will reopen for the 2012–2013 concert season on Wednesday,
      October 3
      . The Museum is free of charge and open to the public daily throughout the season from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and to concert patrons at concert time.

    Note to Journalists: Carnegie Hall’s administrative offices will be closed on Fridays during the months of July and August beginning Friday, July 6 through Friday, August 31. Throughout the summer months, the offices will be open Monday–Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
