Carnegie Hall Presents

Off the Beaten Track - Students

Creative and innovative, the artists on this series are inventive spirits who take risks and go out of their way to do things differently. MacArthur "genius" Chris Thile continues to reinvent perceptions of mandolin performance, electronic artist Fennesz remixes the works of Mahler, and a stellar lineup of new-music innovators explore love, loss, and the emotional implications on the music that underscores it.
