    Private sale: Buy single tickets beginning August 20, 2012 at 8 AM, before they become available to the general public on August 27, 2012.

    Refer to the Subscription Ticket Exchange policy or call 212-247-7800 for more information. The subscription exchange policy is also provided with your subscription tickets. Some rules and restrictions apply.

    Partial Payment Plan

    Pay half at the time of your order and the balance at a later date. For subscriptions purchased between January and March, the second half will be due in April. For subscriptions purchased between April and July, the second half will be due mid-summer.

    Ticket Transfer

    If you want to give your tickets to a friend but cannot transfer the actual tickets before concert time, call 212-247-7800 to have replacements left at the Box Office.

    Don’t have your subscription ticket? Visit the Box Office for a replacement. For replacement tickets in advance, call 212-247-7800.

    Ticket Donation

    If you are unable to attend a concert, donate your tickets as a tax-deductible contribution to Carnegie Hall. Donated tickets may be resold at the Box Office so that other music lovers can enjoy the performance. Just call 212-247-7800 at least two hours before concert time. (Tickets must be returned for you to get a receipt by mail.)
