We know that life can get hectic, and your best laid plans to attend all the world-class concerts in your series can go astray. You can easily exchange your tickets—without an added fee—in person or by mail for any other Carnegie Hall Corporation event (with the exception of Family Concerts) during the season of your subscription.
Although we cannot guarantee that the specific event you want will be available, we will do our best to accommodate you. If the new seats cost more than those being exchanged, we will charge you for the difference. If the assigned seats are of a lesser value, you will receive a refund for the difference—or you can donate it to Carnegie Hall.
Visit the Box Office on 57th Street and Seventh Avenue, Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM, up to two business days before the concert date. Unfortunately, we cannot make exchanges during the two hours before any concert.
Complete the exchange form and mail it, along with the tickets to be exchanged, to:

We must receive your request at least two business days before the concert date of the tickets you are exchanging. If not, or if you do not fill out the form completely, we can only accept your tickets as a donation, and you will receive a donation receipt. Please allow at least seven business days for us to receive your tickets.
We will mail your new tickets to you, or if we processed your request with less than 10 days before the concert, you can pick them up at the Box Office.
