• Accessible Seating

    Carnegie Hall offers accessible seating to all patrons with special access needs. Complete instructions on requesting special accommodations are provided on the event page when purchasing your tickets online.

    Making Seating Arrangements

    Accessible seats and seat removals can be arranged by using the online Accessible Seating Request form on each event's information page or by calling CarnegieCharge at 212-247-7800.

    Before the day of your concert, please contact the House Manager's Office at 212-903-9605 to confirm wheelchair seating access.

    Access

    • Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage is accessible from the lobby’s west entrance on 57th Street. Elevator access is provided up to the Dress Circle level.
    • Access to Weill Recital Hall, the Jacobs Room, the Rohatyn Room, the Shorin Club Room, the Rose Museum, and the Shop is at 154 West 57th Street.
    • For Zankel Hall access, use the elevator in the foyer on Seventh Avenue between 56th and 57th Streets.
