Online Ticketing
You may purchase tickets online by using our interactive Calendar of Events. Browse for concerts by date or use the search box to search for artists, composers, or other keywords. Concerts with available tickets feature a Buy Tickets link that allows you to choose a seat and charge your purchase to your American Express, Mastercard, or Visa credit card.

Online ticket orders are confirmed by e-mail. Depending on the delivery method you choose during checkout, your tickets will either be mailed to the billing address that you specified or will be held at the Box Office located at 57th Street and 7th Avenue. If any concert in your order occurs within ten days of the order date, however, all tickets in the order will be held at the Box Office. In addition, if your billing address is located outside the United States, your tickets will be held at the Box Office. To pick up tickets, you must present a picture ID and the credit card used in the transaction.

Because some seats are not sold online, tickets may be available even if our website indicates otherwise. Call CarnegieCharge at 212-247-7800 or visit the Box Office for more information. View Box Office hours.

Patrons, Friends, and subscribers may sign in to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public by signing in to My Carnegie Hall. (Please note that you must register before signing in for the first time.) Once signed in, Patrons, Friends, and subscribers may visit our Calendar of Events and click on the Buy Tickets links to make their purchase.

Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, and non-subscription tickets cannot exchanged. If you are unable to use your tickets to Carnegie Hall presentations, you may donate them to Carnegie Hall as a tax-deductible contribution. Learn more about donating your tickets.

Program Changes and Cancelations
Programs and artists are subject to change. If an event presented by Carnegie Hall is canceled or postponed, any changes are announced—if time permits—on carnegiehall.org, on classical radio stations in the tri-state area, on a postcard sent to your home, and on New York Times advertisements. If you would like to confirm that a concert is taking place, call CarnegieCharge at 212-247-7800.

Unable to Use Your Tickets to Carnegie Hall Presentations?
If you are unable to use your tickets to a Carnegie Hall presentation, you may donate them to Carnegie Hall as a tax-deductible contribution. Call CarnegieCharge at 212-247-7800 for more information, or return your tickets to the Box Office. You can make this tax-deductible donation anytime up to two hours before the show. Of course, we hope you will attend, but if you cannot, your donation will be gratefully accepted.

Never Received Your Tickets in the Mail?
If you requested that your tickets be mailed but did not receive them within 10 days of placing your order, call CarnegieCharge at 212-247-7800. Please make sure to have your account information with you when you call. A representative will help you make alternative arrangements. View CarnegieCharge hours of operation.
