What age group is Club 57th & 7th open to?
Club 57th & 7th is for young arts and music lovers. You must be 40 years old or younger on September 1, 2008 and show a valid photo ID with proof of age (such as a driver’s license or passport) at the Box Office, fax a copy of it to the Carnegie Hall Subscription Office (212-247-0284), e-mail it to club@carnegiehall.org, or mail it to the following address:

How do I purchase $20 discounted tickets?
Your Club 57th & 7th pass holder status should be active within two business days of submitting a photo ID, after which the will be pass mailed to you. As soon as the pass is active, you can sign in to carnegiehall.org and enter promotion code CLUB7030 in the promotion code box when purchasing tickets. You may also purchase tickets in person at the Box Office by showing your Club 57th & 7th pass, or call CarnegieCharge at 212-247-7800 and mention that you are a Club 57th & 7th member. A maximum of two discounted tickets is permitted for each Carnegie Hall presentation. The pass expires on June 30, 2009.

When can I buy $20 discounted tickets, and which concerts are included?
Tickets are available for each month’s Carnegie Hall presentations beginning on the first day of each month at 11 AM Monday through Saturday or 12 PM on Sundays. (Tickets for December presentations, for example, will go on sale on December 1; tickets for January presentations will go on sale on January 1.) We offer a limited number of discounted tickets for each performance, so act as soon as you can!

You may purchase tickets for any Carnegie Hall presentation, excluding galas and Weill Music Institute events. This offer does not include rental events, which are not presented by Carnegie Hall. Look for “Carnegie Hall presents” in the event title!

I signed in to carnegiehall.org and entered promotion code CLUB7030, but I don’t see any $20 tickets available! What do I do?
First, be sure you have already purchased a Club 57th & 7th pass, and we have verified your ID. There is a limited number of Club 57th & 7th seats available for each Carnegie Hall presentation, and discounted seats can sell out. Don’t fret! Additional tickets may be released up until the day of the performance, so keep checking back. Call CarnegieCharge at 212-247-7800 or sign in to carnegiehall.org for the most up-to-date ticket information.

I purchased tickets to a concert this weekend, but I can no longer attend. Can I return my tickets?
Unfortunately, Club 57th & 7th tickets are not refundable or exchangeable. If you are unable to use your tickets to a Carnegie Hall presentation, you may donate them to Carnegie Hall as a tax-deductible contribution. Call CarnegieCharge at 212-247-7800; or, if you prefer, you may return your tickets to the Box Office. Donate anytime up to two hours before the show. Of course, we hope you’ll attend, but if you can’t, you donation will be gratefully accepted.

What’s this I hear about exclusive parties for Club 57th & 7th pass holders?
Club 57th & 7th pass holders are invited to exclusive parties during the Carnegie Hall season, one in the winter and one in the spring. You will receive your invitation and directions on how to RSVP by e-mail.
