No. A preparatory administrative visit to your facility will help us determine what programming would be most appropriate in your facility. We rely on host staff to advise where the concerts and workshops should happen, and also to publicize the events within facilities as appropriate to ensure that we have an audience in attendance. Artists are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment with them for the performances.

No. There is no minimum number required. Our aim is to have high quality musical interactions with audiences who do not generally have access to live music. We do, however, rely on host staff to publicize events as appropriate to ensure that the maximum number of people benefit from the concerts and workshops.

Musical Connections concerts are generally 60 minutes in length, but are flexible to suit the needs of host organizations and its residents. Multiple shorter performances in different areas of a facility may be more appropriate for some host organizations. All events are planned in consultation with facility staff.
