For composers and singers, aged 18-35
In this dynamic workshop in partnership with The Bard College Conservatory of Music, soprano Dawn Upshaw and composer Donnacha Dennehy guide four composers and 12 singers to explore and perform new vocal works in a world premiere at Carnegie Hall.
The composers, singers, and instrumental ensemble will spend one week in New York working closely on the new compositions with Donnacha Dennehy and Dawn Upshaw in preparation for their world premiere performances on April 17, 2011 in Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall.
