Emerson String Quartet Workshop: The Brahms and Dvořák Quintets

The Emerson String Quartet leads a workshop focusing on the quintets of Brahms and Dvorák. The workshop will include coaching sessions as well as lectures by guest speakers. String quartets will be invited to apply with a guest artist (clarinet, piano, viola, or bass). Four groups will be chosen to participate. Culminating performances will take place in Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall. Ensemble members must be between the ages of 18 and 30; auditor applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
