Box Office
57th Street and Seventh Avenue
Monday–Saturday 11 AM–6 PM
Sunday 12 PM–6 PM
When there is an evening performance, the Box Office is open one-half hour past start time; otherwise, it closes at 6 PM.
The Box Office is not open on legal holidays when there is no performance in the Hall.

Summer Hours (July 1–August 23): Monday–Friday 11 AM–6 PM

Daily 12–4:30 PM and before concerts and during intermission.
Items can always be purchased online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Summer Hours
(July 6–September 3): Monday–Friday 11 AM–5 PM in its summer location, the Carnegie Hall Box Office Lobby.
(September 7–26): Daily 11 AM–5 PM in its summer location, the Carnegie Hall Box Office Lobby.

Please note: The Shop will be closed in observance of the Labor Day holiday (September 4–6). The Shop will resume regular hours and locations beginning Monday, September 27.


The Rose Museum
Second Floor (First Tier level),
with entry at 154 West 57th Street

Daily 11 AM–4:30 PM, as well as before concerts and during intermissions
Admission is free, although before concerts and during intermissions you must be admitted to a concert for entry.

Summer Hours (June 29–September 28): The museum will be closed for the summer and will reopen for the 2010–11 concert season on Wednesday, September 29.
