Located on the First Tier level adjacent to the Rose Museum. Also accessible (during daytime hours) at 154 West 57th Street on the second floor.
There are additional locations in Zankel Hall on the Parterre level (open only during concerts), the Citigroup Café at the north bar (at select concerts only), and in the main lobby of Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage (at select concerts only).
Hours for The Shop at Carnegie Hall are 12–4:30 PM during the concert season; it is also open before concerts and during intermission. Items can be purchased online or via phone, fax, or e-mail orders.

Merchandise purchased online, by phone, or by fax will be shipped via UPS Ground Service and should arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the date of your order.
We regret that we are unable to ship orders outside the United States or Canada.
Merchandise can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be made according to the method of purchase, and if a credit card was used, the refund will be made to the same credit card. A copy of your receipt or e-mail purchase confirmation must accompany the return or exchange.
