A limited number of group tours are available by appointment.
Only groups of 20 or more are eligible to schedule tours of Carnegie Hall in advance. All other tours are given on a walk-in basis only.
Tours are given Monday through Saturday between 10 AM and 4 PM. Group requests for specific dates and times may be submitted up to four months in advance by filling out the form on the right.
The rate for group tours of 20 or more is $17 for adults, $12 for students and seniors over 62, and $12 for children 12 and younger.
Tour requests are confirmed approximately four weeks prior to the desired tour date.
Once a tour is confirmed, payment is requested one week in advance of the tour date, preferably by credit card.
The tours last approximately one hour.
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy.

We will work to accommodate your first choice request. However, Carnegie Hall is a working concert facility. For that reason, we ask you to provide two alternative days and/or times for your group tour.

Carnegie Hall is a working concert facility. For that reason, conditions could arise in which the availability to enter and view the interior of the Hall may change without advanced warning. In that event, Carnegie Hall reserves the right to alter or postpone arrangements until such a time as conditions allow access to the hall.
