Only groups of 20 or more are eligible to schedule tours of Carnegie Hall in advance. All other tours are given on a walk-in basis only.
Tours are given seven days a week between 10 AM and 4 PM. Group requests for specific dates and times may be submitted in advance by filling out the form on the right, by e-mail, or by calling 212-903-9765.
The discounted rate for group tours of 20 or more is $10 for adults, $8 for students and seniors over 55, and $3 for children 12 and younger.
Once a tour is confirmed, payment is requested one week in advance of the tour date, preferably by credit card.
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy.

Carnegie Hall is a working concert facility. For that reason, conditions could arise in which the availability to enter and view the interior of the Hall may change without advanced warning. In that event, Carnegie Hall reserves the right to alter or postpone arrangements until such a time as conditions allow access to the hall.
