Ticketing Policies

Online Ticketing
Tickets may be purchased online by using our interactive Calendar of Events. Browse for concerts by date or use the search box to sort by artist, composer, or keyword. Concerts available for purchase will feature a "Buy Tickets" link that initiates the process of seat selection and purchase using American Express, Mastercard, or Visa.

Actual seat locations are confirmed via e-mail, and tickets will be held at the Box Office, located at 57th Street and 7th Avenue. To pick up tickets, which are available immediately after purchase, you will need to present the actual credit card used in the transaction.

Because some seats are not sold online, there may still be tickets even if our web site indicates that none are available. Call CarnegieCharge or visit the Box Office for more information. The Box Office is open from 11 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday and 12 PM to 6 PM Sunday.

Patrons, Friends, and Subscribers can purchase tickets in advance of the general public by logging into My Carnegie Hall. (Please note that you will need to register before logging in for the first time.) Once logged in, Patrons, Friends, and Subscribers can visit the calendar and click on the "Buy Tickets" link of events to be purchased.

There are no refunds once tickets have been purchased, and for non-subscription tickets there are no exchanges. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them to Carnegie Hall as a tax-deductible contribution. See "Unable to Use Your Tickets?" below.
