Carnegie Hall offers tours daily from October through late June. Public walk-in tours are offered Monday through Friday at 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2 PM, and 3 PM; Saturday at 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM; and Sunday at 12:30 PM, although tours are subject to the Hall's performance and rehearsal schedule.
Tours can be cancelled at any time due to changes in the Hall’s schedule. Current availability is shown to the right. Please arrive early to purchase tickets at the Box Office as availability is limited.

Only groups of 20 or more are eligible to schedule tours of Carnegie Hall in advance. All other tours are given on a walk-in basis only.
Tours are given seven days a week between 10 AM and 4 PM. Group requests for specific dates and times may be submitted in advance by filling out the form on the right, by e-mail, or by calling 212-903-9765.
The discounted rate for group tours of 20 or more is $10 for adults, $8 for students and seniors over 55, and $3 for children 12 and younger.
Once a tour is confirmed, payment is requested one week in advance of the tour date, preferably by credit card.
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy.

We will work to accommodate your first choice request. However, Carnegie Hall is a working concert facility. For that reason, we ask you to provide two alternative days and/or times for your group tour.
