Carnegie Hall seeks an Associate, Learning & Engagement Programs. This person will work closely with the Manager, Learning & Engagement Programs to implement all aspects of the Link Up program in New York City, nationally and internationally, including the continued national expansion of the program. Primary responsibilities include: 

Serving as the primary administrative contact and liaison for partner organizations participating in Link Up nationally and internationally, including corresponding with partner sites, sharing tools and materials, tracking/collecting statistics, evaluations and feedback; and monitoring internal timelines and schedules;
Collaborating with the Manager and Assistant Director of Learning & Engagement Programs to craft and implement a plan for continued expansion of the program;  
Fostering collaboration with program stakeholders, including but not limited to: participating classroom and music teachers, teaching artists, performing artists and managers, staff, consultants and partners, curriculum writers, and others; 
Assisting with the planning and production of events such as regional and national conferences, professional development workshops, curriculum planning sessions, teaching artist and classroom visits, video conferences and/or webinars, recording sessions, concerts, and other events on and offsite as needed;
Assisting with program assessment and evaluation, including but not limited to: planning, proofing/editing tools; performing on-site observations; collecting and organizing data; and participating in reflection sessions;
Supporting program processes, including but not limited to: issue and oversee partner contracts, data entry, follow-up phone calls, ticket distribution, correspondence with partners and other constituents; oversee management of score library with outside personnel; and refining of internal practices and processes;
Helping to plan, develop, and produce Link Up on-line resources; 
Facilitate music licensing as needed;
Serving as a representative of WMI and Carnegie Hall during events, both on-site and in the field;

Qualifications

Strong background in music and/or education required; working knowledge of both elementary school music and orchestral repertoire; concert production skills and experience in arts administration preferred;
Excellent verbal, writing, editing and proof-reading skills;
Excellent computer skills with basic knowledge of Tessitura, Finale, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word, as well as social media and networking programs;
Outstanding collaborative and interpersonal skills and telephone demeanor;
Creative, detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to self-manage, multi-task, adapt, and communicate in a fast-paced work environment;
Team player who is reliable and dependable;
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
