The Carnegie Hall Patron Program team seeks a part-time, paid intern. We are looking for a self-starter with meticulous attention to detail to provide pivotal support to the Major Gifts program. Projects involve research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of existing donors and new prospects. Tasks include drafting and refining correspondence and proposals, managing effective systems for tracking and cultivating donors, and conducting detailed research. Interns may be asked to work 2-3 large scale events, where duties will involve guest confirmation, check-in operations and VIP troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required, along with excellent computer skills. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating and prioritizing multiple projects within a deadline-driven environment. BA/BS in a related field preferred.
