Temporary Porter/Lobby Attendant

We seek a Porter/Lobby Attendant. This is a full-time, temporary 32BJ position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Clean offices/office areas, multi-use rooms, banquet spaces, restrooms, corridors, stairs, as well as other common areas. Cleaning includes:
clean glass
remove garbage from office and common areas
transfer dumpsters and recycling containers to trash room and street for pick up
clean toilets, urinals, sinks
clean pantries
restock pantries and restrooms
set up tables and chairs
move packages, supplies, and inventory
snow removal
sidewalk cleaning
Lobby Attendant:
direct guests to correct location
receive deliveries and guests
operate visitor management system and monitor CCTV system
answer lobby phones
maintain a clean lobby area
maintain clean and professional appearance (wear uniform) at all times
Elevator Operator: (as needed)
run elevator for banquet events
run elevator for food, floral and supply deliveries

Physical ability to do work outlined above, including ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work schedule assigned, including evening and overnight shifts, and potentially overtime, if and as required
Ability to take direction, get along with others, work with a team spirit, and otherwise contribute to a professional working environment
Familiarity with basic desk-top computer tasks such as ability to use a mouse, point and click, and touch-screen functionality
