Carnegie Hall Fundraiser Final Push! SALES PROS Needed Part-Time Till June 30th.
If you are someone with PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE and a PASSION FOR THE ARTS, then DCM wants you to join our first-rate team for the final push of our record-breaking fundraising campaign at Carnegie Hall!
We are seeking candidates who are personable, results driven, and PASSIONATE! You must also be able to follow a script, be receptive to coaching, be able to overcome objections and CONFIDENTLY CLOSE SALES. As we are nearing the final month of the campaign, candidates MUST be able to hit the ground running...demonstrating PLEASANT PERSUASIVENESS, INFECTIOUS ENTHUSIASM, and the PERSISTENCE of a SEASONED SALESPERSON/FUNDRAISER, FROM DAY 1!
SALES AND/OR TELEFUNDRAISING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; background in the performing arts highly preferred.
Interviews are held in the afternoons.
If hired, you MUST:
*Be available immediately to attend paid training as scheduled.
*Be available to begin work immediately, and work through June 30, the final day of the campaign.
*Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including 3 evenings shifts per week (Mon-Thurs), 1 afternoon shift (Thurs or Fri) and a Saturday morning/afternoon shift.
*Have basic computer literacy and a professional phone manner.

You will be calling Carnegie Hall audience members and donors.
Compensation is base, plus commission and bonuses. FREE TICKETS for select Carnegie Hall performances!
Opportunity for future employment after the campaign for callers who consistently meet/exceed sales goals.
