Spiked Cider Punch

The crisp apple flavors are complemented by the sweet and piney rosemary simple syrup.

3 oz. apple cider
1 oz. applejack brandy
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. rosemary simple syrup*
1 apple slice
1 sprig fresh rosemary

Combine apple cider, applejack brandy, lemon juice, and rosemary simple syrup in shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain and serve over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with apple slice and rosemary sprig.

*For rosemary simply syrup, combine 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/8 cup fresh rosemary leaves in small saucepan and bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let syrup steep for 30 minutes. Strain before using.
