The Second Annual Leo Ruiz Memorial Concert

Hungarian clarinetist and Juilliard alumnus Balázs Rumy performs a program of 20th-century Eastern European music inspired by folklore and folksongs for his Weill Recital Hall solo debut. A former teaching fellow for Juilliard’s Music Advancement Program and the recipient of an Artist Diploma in 2012, Mr. Rumy has won numerous international competitions and scholarships, including first prize in the Giacomo Mensi Competition in Breno, Italy. He performs across Europe, Japan, and New York City.
