Tehorah is a celebration of the 50th anniversary of German-Israeli diplomatic relations. Performed in German, Yiddish, and Hebrew, the program includes music of 1920s Weimar Berlin, Yiddish klezmer, and contemporary Hebrew songs composed by Kurt Weill and Bertolt Brecht, Mischa Spoliansky, Kurt Schwachbach, Friedrich Hollaender, Norbert Schultze, Chava Alberstein, The Klezmatics, Sasha Argov, Moti Hamer, and Naomi Shemer.
