The Choir of Trinity Wall Street

Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage
This program pairs seldom-performed works by two composers of the last century: Alberto Ginastera’s modern-day Passion setting, Turbae ad passionem gregorianam, and American experimentalist Charles Ives’s Fourth Symphony. The concert features the Grammy-nominated Choir of Trinity Wall Street, the Carnegie Hall debut of conductor Julian Wachner, and Trinity’s resident contemporary music orchestra, NOVUS NY. Joining the Choir will be the Trinity Youth Chorus, Grammy Award-winning Washington Chorus, and the Washington National Cathedral Choir of Boys and Girls.

Post-concert discussion to follow in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage with Julian Wachner and Robert Page, moderated by Andrew Clark.
