On Easter Sunday, MidAmerica Productions presents Greg Zielke conducting the New England Symphonic Ensemble and choruses from Nebraska and South Dakota in Mozart’s “Coronation” Mass. The Ensemble Spotlight Series features David R. Thye conducting Dan Forrest’s new collection, Folk Songs of America, with the composer at the piano and choruses from Alaska, Arizona, and Michigan. Leslie W. Hicken conducts the Carolina Youth Symphony from Greenville, South Carolina, in works by Rossini, Copland, Jay Bocook, Grieg, and Holst.
