Manhattan Concert Productions presents F.J. Haydn’s powerful Paukenmesse performed by the Masterwork Festival Chorus, the New York City Chamber Orchestra, and vocal soloists conducted by Dr. Jerry Blackstone. The National Festival Chorus performs an array of exuberant and moving choral works, including Stroope’s Consecrate the Place and Day, Handel’s Sing Unto God, and Durham’s On Jordan’s Stormy Banks, led by guest conductor and composer Dr. Z. Randall Stroope. The concert also includes a featured performance by the Winter Park High School Wind Ensemble, conducted by Christopher Blackmer.
