As a pianist, Adam Gyorgy seeks to preserve the tradition of historic classical artists, while using his distinct style of improvisation to compose original music. In 2012, Mr. Gyorgy opened the UEFA European Football Championship in Warsaw with an interpretation of Chopin’s “Winter Wind,” broadcast live around the world. He is a Steinway Artist and has performed at Carnegie Hall, the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts in Canada, the Palace of Arts in Hungary, and the Esplanade Concert Hall in Singapore.
