The International Trio performs selected trios of Bach, Doppler, and Kuhlau, along with masterworks of the flute literature including Bizet’s Carmen Fantasy and flute arrangements of works by Mozart and Ravel. Italian flutist Luisa Sello returns to Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall following last season’s collaboration with Bruno Canino, bringing Han Guoliang, principal flutist of the China National Symphonic Orchestra, and Amir Farid, the prize-winning Australian pianist. This concert is part of the Italian Regional Project FVG, 2016.
