Sergey Yurskiy – acclaimed Russian actor, film and theatre director, writer and poet – recites the poetry and prose of Joseph Brodsky, Mikhail Bulgakov, Osip Mandelstam, Boris Pasternak, and Alexander Pushkin. Mr. Yurskiy’s most noted portrayals are of Vikniksor in the Republic SHKID (1966) and Ostap Bender in Golden Calf (1968). Since 1978, he lives in Moscow and works for the Mossovet Theatre. The performance is in Russian.
