24 Chopin Études and Other Tales is a piano experience with Panos Karan performing the Chopin Études while telling stories and reflecting on his journeys through the Amazon, Sierra Leone and Japan. Karan is a pianist, conductor, and philanthropist who has brought his music into the Amazon jungle and prisons in war-torn Sierra Leone, to impoverished districts in Kolkata and the evacuation centers of post-tsunami Japan. He has recently performed in Boston, London, and Japan.
