CARNEGIE HALL PRESENTS

Carnegie Hall Family Concert: My City, My Song

Saturday, January 19, 2019 12 PM Zankel Hall
URL Copied
Vibrant New York City–based artists perform in My City, My Song, a colorful, participatory experience that provides children with the opportunity to discover music from different parts of the world that can be found right in their own city. Magda Giannikou presents Greek folk music, Yacouba Sissoko shares Malian traditional music, and Falu Shah performs the intricate melodies of Indian classical music.

Free pre-concert activities take place in Zankel Hall one hour before the performance, and will prepare you and your child to sing and dance along with the artists.
