Future Music Project Sampler Pack Workshop by Fadi Kheir
Young artists from across New York City are invited to make music at Carnegie Hall every Saturday throughout the school year at Studio 57. Students can collaborate with each other and work side by side with New York City’s best performing artists. This week, students have the opportunity to work with drummer Granville Mullings Jr. This program is open to young musicians ages 14–19 with any level of experience in any genre.
The Future Music Project Weekly Workshops include musical projects for young people in the justice system.
Lead support for Future Music Project is provided by Nicola and Beatrice Bulgari and The Harold W. McGraw, Jr. Family Foundation.
Major funding is provided by Ameriprise Financial and MetLife Foundation.
Public support is provided by the City of New York through the Administration for Children’s Services, the Department of Youth and Community Development, and New York City Council Speaker Corey Johnson.
Carnegie Hall is a partner in The Door's Youth Opportunity Hub, funded [in part] by the New York County District Attorney’s Criminal Justice Investment Initiative (CJII).
