Israeli Chamber Project by Avshalom Levi
In this curated evening of music, the Israeli Chamber Project guides the audience through the history of Jewish identity as expressed through chamber music. From the rich European romanticism of Karl Goldmark, the quintessential American voice of Aaron Copland, Bernard Herrmann’s musical language (made famous through countless film scores), and all the way to one of Israel’s most prolific composers Shulamit Ran, the Israeli Chamber Project presents a journey through Jewish music history.
