Italian-born pianist and composer Cristiana Pegoraro returns to Weill Recital Hall with the world premiere of her composition set Ithaka – The Journey of a Modern Ulysses, and selections from Vivaldi and Rossini, in her own transcriptions for piano. Ms. Pegoraro has performed throughout the United States, Europe, South America, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
