Lukáš Sommer is a Czech guitarist and composer. He has written over twenty symphonic compositions, three operas, over fifty chamber compositions and performs internationally. In 2017, Sommer won the Italian international composing competition, Concorso Novaro Krzysztof Penderecki. For this concert in Weill Recital Hall, he presents pieces inspired by Spain, Italy, America, India, the Philippines, Ukraine and other countries.
