Benjamin Dix holds a bachelor’s in music education and a sixth-year diploma in educational leadership. He has performed at the Connecticut Virtuosi Music Festival and placed second in the Hartford Symphony Young Artists Competition. Proceeds from this concert will benefit the Families of Freedom Scholarship Fund, which provides for dependents of people killed or permanently disabled as a result of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The scholarship fund ensures dependents can pursue a better life through higher education.
